Private pay is always a good option, it simplifies the hoops that have to be jumped through for insurance, however I also value being able to make working with me as accessible and sustainable as I can. My full rate is $175 for both individual and couples work.

I am in network with a number of insurances including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Cross of CA, Cigna, Kaiser Nor-Cal (you need a referral from a Kaiser physician, please let me if you'd like more info).  

If your provider is not listed and you'd like to try and receive reimbursement from your insurance a great option is submitting superbills to your insurance, provided that they offer reimbursement for therapy (you can call and ask them about the CPT codes 90834, 90837).  I provide you a bill for our sessions every 2-3 sessions (based on the schedule we agree upon) and you simply forward to your insurance.
