My Practice
My approach to therapy is to help each client adapt and grow from life's circumstances. I seek to help my clients thrive within their community and experience a grounded and vital sense of connectedness to self and all others. I value a holistic approach that embraces one's intersections and addresses mental, emotional, and somatic (bodily) experiences.
I utilize an eclectic style and draw on modalities including Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral / Processing Therapies, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help clients heal and thrive while living with experiences of trauma and stress response, anxiety, depression, difficulty adjusting to life circumstances, and more.
Beginning therapy can feel like jumping into the unknown. I offer a free 15-minute consultation in hopes of making the process easier by giving us an opportunity to connect and see if we are a good fit.
What inspires my work
I draw from inspiration from thinkers, healers and mentors including Richard Schwartz, Byron Katie, Tara Brach, adrienne maree brown, angel Kyodo williams, Toni Herbine-Blank, Susan McConnell, Jack Kornfield and many more, too many to list. I am deeply grateful for the gifts of their teaching and contribution to healing work and hope to honor their work through my work with you!
